Don't need no stinkin rebar! It's only a bridge!

they only use # 3 rebar in Mexico. In the US they would be using # 8 rebar. LOL

2 months and one day until we cross - yahoo!!

It looked a lot like #6 or better rebar spaced no more than 6" in quadrants - fairly strong pour I would think. What do I know though? Pom Pom star and all!

Crossed at Sonoyta today with a 31 ft travel trailer in tow. The detour signs have been removed and the two lane bridge was a welcome sight. Traffic was moving normally.

The bridge will be great went it is finished.
At 3 PM today, Got waved through the border, easy cross of the river,
Waved again at 1st check and 2nd check points south.

Boy is it really humid. Arrrgggh! The roaches are loving this. So many bugs have I seen this trip so far.
Cholla probably got 2+ inches of rain last week from the washouts I have seen so far. Bugs are everywhere.
Mini split A/C is earning it keep.

crossed over it on the 8th, two lanes still. crossed again on the 11th and they almost had all 4 lanes done. Looks real good and safe.
