I hear 2 of these will be coming up for auction in Tucon by the first of the year.
Containerized Desalination Systems
Our containerized desalination systems incorporate the latest technologies for energy efficient production of fresh water from seawater. Features include extensive pretreatment, energy recovery, state of the art controls, and remote monitoring.
RODI's containerized desalination systems are fully self-contained in intermodal shipping containers. They are suitable for many desalination applications including hotels, resorts, vacation homes, work camps, offshore oil and gas facilities, and emergency relief efforts.
Think about the benefits of using a mobile or containerized system in your application:
Easy to Ship - Fully contained in a sea worthy ISO container.
Fast and Inexpensive to Install - Minimum infrastructure necessary for installation. No building necessary.
Flexible - Add, remove, or change systems as demands change.
Cost Effective - Save money on engineering, site construction and startup time.
Who was the architect of this project? Who will make the final decision?
We paid under $400.00 for water this year. Last year we paid over $1000.00 from the las conchas water company. Do the math, Do we need
a de salt. Our water bill will be about $2500 a year. Come on Fess up and make amends with us. Give us our money back.

Playa,
I think there needs to be a de-sal because of the number of people now.
I believe that they need to get their heads out of the sand and make sure they have the right people to do the job before they continue with the project...as I recall, last time it was a threat. Don't pay, no water. We paid the fees and no de-sal, so I agree with you. Give us our money back.
When we need to, if we are still there, then we will pay again.

Hi Linda.
Linda we are no longer on the two old wells that we used for so many years. We have more than six new wells feeding the city.
You can read about it in the join us magazine. this months issue.
We have enough water to last for the next five years, after that the city is working on a de salt of their own.
They are building a 6,000 cubic meter storage tank, which is a prototype on a national level because it is made with cutting edge materials
and technology.
The Las Conchas board knows this and does not want people like us to know. They do not what it to spread to the forum because they
do not control the forum.
Like I said before, you can read about it on the join us magazine, Very ironic that one of the major advertisers is pushing the de salt project
I still want to go off grid with my small solar powered desal plant. You can also purchase those very cool systems that make fresh water form the air but they are expensive. As water gets more expensive the cost of producing fresh water should come down like the cost of solar has—-hopefully.
Damn not got me 9 years ago, according to this thread we should of run out of water 4 years ago, Is HomePort finished, Man can hardly wait to be a cruiser.
