Has anyone purchased land at Lopez Aceves and had houe built?

Has anyone purchased land at Lopez Aceves and had a houe built? Would you mind sharing your experience. I recently discovered there are limits as to what you can bring into Mexico. In the U.S. a 10,000 watt home propane generator cost about $2,500. Can generators and other home improvement items be found in Puerto Penasco around the same cost as Home Depot? How much does water and propane bills run a month? So this land is not disputed by the Ejido?

I don't have any knowledge of Lopes Acevas. Rather than get a pile of opinions from tourists I suggest you contact a number of local realtors to get real information. Search rockypointtimes.com or just PuertoPenascoSonorarealtors.

Lagrimas used to be on this forum, and he used to sell land in Lopes Acevas. He would be a great resource.
