Email address for Mayor of Puero Penasco

Hello, I am trying to contact the Mayor and was wondering if anyone had an email address for him. I need to add my two cents before he signs the new CC&Rs for Cholla Bay.

If you go to the Cholla Bay Hoa site and look under docs you can download a pdf. Or I can email them to you if you drop me a message.

Thanks Roberto, I was able to email a letter to a friend and have him deliver it to the Mayor. If they pass these CC&Rs it will be very difficut to build in Cholla. It will rest in the hands of four people on a architectual board if you can build. I know with my lots it would be impossible to meet the requirements they spelled out.
