There is a new salad bar type place that just opened yesterday called Yummi Salads. It is a neat concept they have in that you pick the size of salad you want and then you can pick a number of different add ins nuts, meat, cheese, etc. They also have soup and Panini's. It is located just off Fremont Blvd on the street behind/parallel to the shrimp plaza. It is pretty small but very nicely done. Really cool to have a healthy alternative for lunch!
