Villa would know. He has been a Cholla Bay guy since he was cleaning fish as a little kid. I used to think that he just licked his finger and put it up in the air, then looked at the sky and predicted what was to come. I have since found out that on top of all that, he also relies on technology like the rest of us. He is a great guy and a very good person to know though with a lot of helpful information.
