One of the finest examples of burecratic mush I've seen in some time. Wish I could write like that, NOT !!

Oh my God.... I can't believe I read that whole thing.

I would like a refund for the last 20 minutes of my life, please...

Objective 2.3 on page 25 actually had me in stitches. I was laughing to tears:

"The Integrity Advisory Committee (IAC) provides strategic recommendations to combat corruption and promote
integrity among all Border Patrol employees."

I wonder if this means I won't be getting handcuffed anymore?

Maybe after they are done turning all the BP agents into uncoruptable Maxwell Smarts, maybe they can go to New York and take over the SEC and the CFTC...

Borders- the SINGLE most stupid invention humanity has ever come up with. I don't understand the concept of a single minded dedication to any culture that espouses seperatism. I am clearly in a very smal minority of humans in this regard.

Writing like that takes a certain level of practice and skill. Lots of important sounding words with very little meaning. Thought you might get a kick out of that.

All it takes is an agenda; and a natural disposition toward being a bureaucratic parasite. For those who envy, covet, and lust, there is no more natural environment to thrive than within a bureaucracy infused with guns and uniforms...

I disagree- there is a TON of meaning in that document:

1) "You" are not safe without "us" doing our jobs

2) "You" are not responsible enough to travel without "us" knowing when you leave, where you're going, and when you'll be back. (The pseudo-parental nature of government, taken to it's most absurd extreme)

3) "You" are not "allowed" to travel within "our" borders freely if "you" are proven to be one of "them". "They" require the correct papers before "they" can move among "us"

4) "We" will borrow enormous amounts of productivity from "our" future generations to spend egregious amounts building fences, enforcing the fact that "you" do not belong in "our" backyard if "you" are actually one of "them".

Fences: the dual purpose can not be ignored - they are supposed to keep the wolves out, but in reality all they do is keep the the sheep contained.

This document is little more than a recipe book for how to implement xenophobia and isolationism in the modern technology driven age.

Hardly - I actually found it as just another sad commentary of just how badly distorted the difference between being an American, and being a "US Citizen" has become...
