Drug Related Murders Decrease

In today's Wall Street Journal, President Calderon said drug related murders have decreased 12% this year over last year. He credited the decrease to the new Federal Police and improving the "dysfunctional" judicial system. He said he is worried about drug violence in Central America and the Caribbean, and called for the U.S. to legalize marijuana.
