#1 Got a friend wanting to bring in a sailboat to Penasco. What will he need to do at the border and or in town to use the thing? Permit required? Thanks.

#2 For Penasco, I just take my current boat registration (AZ G&F), trailer registration and insurance documents. I've been asked for these at the border.

#6 Mexico has no proof of insurance laws... insurance is discretionary, but still a great idea.
