Spearfishing locations in Puerto Peñasco

I'm headed down to Puerto Penasco this weekend and I'm hoping to do some spearfishing while there. Are there any good spots to hunt from shore (as I dont have a boat)?

I'm heading down to Rocky Point in 2 weeks and I have the same question, where are the good parts to snorklel and spearfish?

Lobos off the point or 10 miles north of Libertad

Cholla bay. Ask around where to find Tucson beach and go out there. Watch the surface and stay out of the fast water. Tide can be brutal and a lot faster than you can swim. I am only guessing on this one as I fish the area but off a jet ski.
