Corruption

This type of thing has been going on forever. Back 80 years ago during Prohibition there were more crooked cops in NY and Chicago than honest ones. As long as mankind has lived together it has been this way.
In Mexico corruption is more visable, while in the USA it is not as obvious. Bottom line is the lure of Easy Money has no rivals.
Damn, I'm falling off my Soapbox.

Yeah....from the news reports last night, there were other cops "observing" in the area....WTF????.....and they didn't do anything???
