The US Consulate in TJ has ordered all Gov workers to shelter in place due to riots, roadblocks, and vehicles being set on fire . Surrounding areas like Tecate and Rosarito also placed on the alert. Doesn’t say what is really going on other than violence taking place.

Hope it doesn't spread to Penasco.

Add Mexicali and Juarez to that list. Big cartel guy was captured earlier in the week and chaos ensued, it started in the cities surrounding Guadalajara.
