Electrician recommendation

Electrician recommendation. repair New resident of Puerto Peñasco Las Conchas looking for Electrician to repair does anybody have a reliable electricalcontractor that speaks some English I have limited Spanish. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

I recently used Ivan 638 107 9390 replaced my electrical box Works for CFE and does this on the side. He was on time, did a good job .
