Parrot to Penasco?

Going to ask here instead of FB cuz the coherence level seems a little better. We have an Amazon Parrot that’s probably going to outlive us both. We would love to extend our time in PP but have to leave the parrot with a (bird sitter?). Not too worried bout coming in but told heading north big no-no. We’re thinking giving it a try with papers showing proof of purchase and she’s always been domestic and certificate of health through a vet.Thoughts? Thanks!

The US will never let a bird cross the border into the US. Zero tolerance. I looked into this because I had a rescue bird for awhile that I ended up taking to a wild bird rehabilitation operation in the US.
