Spanish company....they looked at doing a project at both Lobos and Santo Tomas and passed......big money behind them but I sort of like it...not a tower ...they are goingto start a Kino build next year

That is between the lagoon and Cholla Bay at the south end. In general, Islas Del Mar is taking off like a rocket with 8 or 10 free standing homes under construction in Islas Conchilla at any given month.
