Beach House for Easter Weekend - Any Tips/Leads?

I'm looking to go down to PP this weekend with another family (4 adults and 5 kids). Looking for a 4-bed place on the beach (Or very near). Want a quiet time rather than party central.

I'm looking for any recommendations on what area to stay, any nice places anyone knows about, or tips on the best Web sites to trawl through.

These are on Encanto, Dorado, and Miramar beaches. They are private, about 20 minutes south of town, and always quiet, at least when we've been there.

Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO.com) has some great places on the beach. Las Conchas, Ecanto, Mirador, Dorado, & Sandy Beach. What is nice about this site is you can search by the dates you are looking for, and then search by size of home/bedrooms, etc. Saves a lot of time from calling an agency or owner and then finding out that the place is already rented.
