http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/11/magazine/11fob-consumed-t.html as of oct, NYTimes sez yes, sugar cane. But people are telling me otherwise, claiming that these "heche in Mexico" bottles that they get at the hot dog stands are corn syrup. What do you guys have in your fridge/bar? Need answer ASAP! heheh

Thanks!

In 1989 I did some consulting for a cane sugar refinery in Mexico. They said their sugar was going to Coca Cola. As partial payment I ended up with 15 metric tons of sugar! (Long, typical Mexico finance story.) Luckily I was able to sell the sugar to a school district. Coca Cola was using some cane sugar in 1989. That's the only first or maybe second hand information I have.

Oh friggin yeah, it tastes better! I went out and got a bottle out of my case and there are no ingredients printed on it. It tastes the same as it did here when I was a kid a loonnng time ago! I only have 2 bottles left in my case. I guess it's time for a trip to PP!!!!!! Ron Bacardi Anejo and Mexican bottled Coke!!! Yum Yum!
