Stuart Jan 30, 2018 at 4:53 PM #2 They have something similar in Penasco. Isn't this what they refer to as the Colonias? Developments of small houses packed in on top of one another. Have seen the same in Hermisillo, so it's not a new thing, maybe just in Nogales. 👍 1
