Mall and marina

Hello everyone,

I have seen few threads that mention mall that will be built in Rocky Point. Is this true? Where and when? What kind of amenities?

I also heard the rumors about the marina that will be hosting cruise ships. Is this true? Where and when?

The mall is being build as we speak right in the port, as you go into the fish market it is going to be behind the car rental place and the school.
The cruise ship terminal is up on the air since the place they choose was in an area full of marine life and luckly for us and the enviroment, they decided not to go ahead with that project, was suppose to be close by where the new Marriot is being build by the Reef.
