Rooster fish

Someone recently asked if Rooster fish are being caught in Rocky Point? Yes they are we just caught one today on a sibiki while catching bait... actually we were teaching two lovely little girls how to fish and snorkel this morning and one of the girls caught it.

I'm kinda busy at the moment, but if you know me I always have a camera with me, and I will put up a short video clip of my buddy Rick Hammer throwing it back... so you hard core fishin guys can try to catch it when it gets a little bigger... :fish:

Audi bought some bait from a panga last weekend. Sierra and roosterfish. I was surprised to see one, but yes, I'm finally convinced that they are in Rocky Point, just little ones, though.

I just heard they were in Lobos this week. They would only bite live bait though. Leigh
