Directions from LA on the new Coastal Hwy

I am trying to get precise directions to PP from Los Angeles using the new Coastal Hwy. Google Maps doesn't have any updates and I can't seem to find anything else online. Can anyone assist? Also, how long is the drive? Any helpful tips for the drive?

My experience is that it takes alot longer. The road from Puerto Penasco to El Golfo is perfect. From El golf to the boarder is very slow ,Federal check point which is very slow depending of traffic. Boarder crossing very slow. I tried it going both ways and going to Rocky Point from LA is not bad still longer than the 10 Fwy. Comming through Mexicalli I got a yahoo map but there were no street signs.
