My solution to the cartels: hire the Mossad and let them go at it. The cartels would be gone in 12 months. If the cartels come back, hire the Mossad every once in a while to clean up. Problem easily solved.

What the Mossad does very well is control the worst people in other countries.

The bias in the article is pretty darn strong. A lot of the Israeli perps in the article ar "Ex" military which I hope means they are not state sponsored.
